Behind the Camera

A California native, turned New Yorker. I become more of a New Yorker by the day, but still hold close to my West Coast charm. I say it almost daily “I’m never leaving this city”. I love this fast-paced life that challenges me to become a better version of myself always. My California accent has almost faded away and I can parallel park like the best of them. Water dogs are a staple of my diet and I have become one of those people that yells at taxi drivers. New York just feels like home.

What's important to me

My life is made full by my partner and our 14 year old shih tzu poodle who is far too high maintenance (the dog, not my wife). Cooking dinner together after a long day is a staple of our life. I chop and she handles the rest. I carry heavy things and take out the trash and she manages the dishwasher with a level of precision that I’ve never seen. We end most days by watching Law & Order SVU. I am so thankful to wake up next to my best friend every day and have a poodle climb up on my lap the moment my eyes open. Thankful doesn’t even cover it.
